Where are my unread messages?
In your inbox, use the "Unread Messages" filter above the conversation list.
How to change my location?
You can change your location from Edit my profile.

Choose to use your current location or enter a city manually. For manual entries, the site positions you near the city's center.
I deleted a conversation by mistake, can I recover it?
There are several types of deletion on the site:

1) Delete a conversation from your list (by tapping the cross)This only removes the conversation from your list. Messages are not deleted. You can find them again if the other member sends you a new message, or by returning to their profile.

2) Delete a sent message in a conversationIf you tap on a message then choose “Delete”, this message is permanently deleted for you and for the other member. This action is irreversible.

3) Blacklist a memberWhen you blacklist a member, the entire conversation with that person is permanently deleted. Even if you later remove them from your blacklist, the history cannot be recovered.
Why doesn't the site work with my mobile data?
First, ensure your 4G/5G mobile connection is active and your phone has internet access.

If the issue persists, temporarily disable your VPN (if used). Or try changing your VPN's country; some block/slow site access.

Also, check content blockers, then test with another browser or Wi-Fi.
Can other members screenshot my disappearing photos or videos?
Disappearing photos/videos limit display, but no app can 100% prevent screenshots.

Only send content you're okay sharing.
Why can't I add photos to my private album anymore?
The number of photos and videos in the private album is limited: up to 12 media for non-Premium members, and up to 99 media for Premium members. If you've reached the limit, delete old media or go Premium to increase capacity.
What does the blue dot mean?
The blue badge indicates a certified profile. This helps better identify profiles that have completed a verification step.
What's the crossed eye on a profile?
The crossed-out eye icon hides explicit content until age is certified.

What's the difference between the pin and the geolocation cross next to usernames?
The difference relates to how location is shown:

-The cross signifies real-time geolocation. Position is automatically detected via the user's phone or device.

-The pin indicates a location manually entered by the user in their profile.
How I can log out ?
Go to the main menu, then click on “Log out” at the bottom of the menu, or click here.
How to send a disappearing photo?
In chat, click camera icon. Choose photo or video from private album. Before sending, enable disappearing option: media visible for 10 seconds only.
Delete chat photos.
In the chat, you can delete a photo by clicking on it, then selecting the trash icon.

If a member blacklists you, this automatically deletes the entire conversation, as well as photos sent in the chat. This deletion is permanent, even if the member un-blacklists you later.
What are the colored dots in front of the pseudos?
The dot is green when the member is online, orange if the member was recently online.
How to suspend your account?
How to suspend your account? You can log out and hide your account until your next login from the 'My Profile > Settings > Suspend' menu, or click here.
Can't find the profile I chatted with.
If a profile you messaged is missing, reasons vary: member deleted/suspended account, changed username, or profile is no longer accessible to you.

This may also occur if the member blacklisted you, or their profile was moderated by our services.
What is the discreet mode ?
Discreet Mode allows you to blur photos on the site so you can use LesPompeuses anywhere. You can enable it from the main menu.
Does a sent photo remain visible if a member blocks me?
No. If a member blocks you, chat and photos are automatically deleted, even if they unblock you later.
How many people can I blacklist?
You can blacklist up to 100 members for free. This limit prevents mass blacklisting abuse and ensures balanced site usage for all members.

If you need to manage a larger list, this option is available with Premium access.
What is 'on PrEP'?
PrEP is a preventive treatment that significantly reduces the risk of contracting HIV when taken correctly during a period of risk exposure.

How long is NEW (new member) notified on a profile?
A member is considered "new" for 3 weeks.
Is my Premium payment automatically renewed?
No, Premium payments are not automatically renewed.

The site's name will not appear on your bank statement. The label shown is DEUSCOM, our payment provider.
What does the crown next to the username mean?
The small crown signifies a Premium account. Their album is fully viewable.

As a Premium member, you can show or hide this crown in your profile settings.
What are private photos for?
Private photos aren't visible on your profile, they're for chat. They speed up sending in chat as you won't need to upload them every time. For discretion, this also means not keeping them on your phone.
What does the green square with NOW on it mean?
That the member is immediately available for a date ! This option can be activated from the menu to the right of your photo.

What does the green dot under the star mean?
Green dot under star: at least one favorite is online.
I have testimonials that disappear!

There are several possible explanations:

- the member who posted the testimonial deleted it

- the member who posted the testimonial suspended or deleted their account

- they have blocked you, or you have blocked them

Unblacklist a person!
To remove someone from your blacklist, go to Profile, then Blacklist tab, directly here.

Note: When a member is blacklisted, all conversations and testimonials between you are permanently deleted for both profiles. Even if removed from your blacklist, conversation history cannot be recovered.

How to mute message notifications?
You can enable or disable notification sounds from: My Profile > Settings, or by clicking directly here.

Also remember to check your phone settings: if sound is enabled on the site but your phone is on silent mode, Do Not Disturb, or browser notifications are off, you won't receive a sound alert.
What is the meaning of the black star on the left side of the profile photos?
The star means that you have put this profile in your favorites.
Why can I view some galleries but not others?
Non-Premium members can view a limited number of galleries per day.

However, when a gallery belongs to a Premium member, it remains accessible even if your daily limit is reached.
